The glacier at the „Kitz-steinhorn” is an ideal place for snow sport enthusiasts the whole year long. Summer: Kaprun and the Europa-Sportregion are also perfect for mountain-biking. Kaprun has a long tradition as organiser of mountain bike events. - 720 km mountain bike track - 220 km cycleway Winter: A nearly endless ski resort is awaiting all snow sport fans. What a moment when the the first sunray touches the white snow and lets the crystals sparkle up at 3000 m height while you start skiing down the slopes. For those who prefer it quieter, we recommend Nordic walking, a toboggan run or a horse-drawn sleigh ride. If the room can be sold again, no cancellation fee will be charged. We kindly offer you not to cancel your stay but to change your dates within one year. Please note that in this case price differences can occur.
Within our half board you will enjoy a wide selection at our hot and cold breakfast buffet or order fresh pancakes and more from the breakfast menu. Afternoon tea with cakes and sandwiches is served between 4 pm and 5 pm. In the evening a 3 or 4 course menu of your choice awaits you. The "Kaminbar" with an open fireplace is the best place to enjoy a glass of good Austrian wine and sample the wide selection of cigars we offer.
